All new accounts receive a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card is required to start your trial. If you decide FenceTrace isn't right for you, simply don't subscribe — you won't be charged.
FenceTrace subscriptions are billed monthly. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your Account settings. When you cancel:
• Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.
• You will not be charged for the next billing cycle.
• Your data remains accessible for 90 days after cancellation.
If you are unsatisfied with FenceTrace, we offer a full refund within 7 days of any payment. To request a refund, email support@fencetrace.com with your account email and reason for the refund.
Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Access to paid features is revoked when a refund is issued.
If you see a charge you don't recognize, please contact us at support@fencetrace.com before filing a dispute with your bank. We're happy to resolve any billing issues directly.
We may change our subscription prices from time to time. If we increase prices, we will notify you at least 30 days in advance. Your existing subscription will continue at the current rate until the next renewal after the change takes effect.
